Offers and scope

AI Wizards offers a done-for-you AI Wizard setup. The current price, included work, intended customer, and delivery process are described on the AI Wizards website. Any additional or custom scope, timeline, or deliverable will be confirmed in writing before payment.

Payment

Payment is due through the checkout or invoice presented for the selected offer. Prices do not include third-party software, hosting, model usage, taxes, or other outside costs unless they are expressly included in writing before purchase.

Delivery and customer responsibilities

For the public done-for-you offer, the service timeline and live handoff date are confirmed after purchase and before work begins. Any custom-project timeline is agreed in writing before payment. You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any account access reasonably required for the agreed work. Delays in those items may move the delivery date.

Included domain

When a domain is included, AI Wizards may use Humanity LLC’s business contact details to start the order through your Hostinger account. You authorize that temporary use and agree to promptly review and replace or confirm the legal registrant information in Hostinger. The domain remains subject to Hostinger’s and the registry’s rules, verification requirements, availability, and account controls.

Your data and our materials

You retain your rights to the data and materials you provide. AI Wizards retains its rights to course content, templates, documentation, methods, and other pre-existing materials. Your purchase gives you a non-transferable license to use included materials for your own personal or internal business purposes; it does not permit resale or redistribution.

Third-party tools and AI output

AI Wizards setups may use third-party software and AI services governed by their own terms, availability, and pricing. AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

Results and warranties

AI Wizards will provide the purchased offer with reasonable care and in line with the written scope. Specific business, financial, or productivity results are not guaranteed. Except where the law requires otherwise, the services and materials are provided without additional warranties.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Humanity LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Its total liability relating to an offer will not exceed the amount you paid for that offer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Done-for-you services. You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. After work begins, any refund is limited to the undelivered portion of the agreed work, after deducting completed work and any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed before purchase. Completed and delivered services are not refundable unless they materially fail to match the written scope and AI Wizards cannot correct the issue within a reasonable time.

Calls and scheduling. To cancel a service or reschedule a live call, email us as soon as possible. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a scheduled call. We will make reasonable efforts to offer a new time based on availability. No late-cancellation or rescheduling fee applies unless a different term was disclosed and agreed in writing before payment.

Requests and billing disputes. Email support@aiwizards.com with the purchaser’s name, purchase email, purchase date, amount, offer, and a short description of the issue. Contacting us does not limit rights available under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution. Where applicable law provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you purchase will govern that purchase unless both sides agree otherwise in writing. Questions may be sent to support@aiwizards.com.
