Information we collect

• Contact information, such as your name and email address. To make it easier to return from checkout, this information may also be kept temporarily in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
• Purchase and transaction information, such as the offer selected, payment status, and billing history.
• Information you choose to provide for a course, setup, support request, or custom project.
• Basic technical and security information that our hosting and service providers may process, such as IP address, device type, and request logs.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, process purchases, deliver products and services, schedule calls, provide support, maintain security, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Referral and campaign links

When you arrive through a referral or tagged campaign link, we may keep the first registered person referral and the most recent explicit campaign tags and click identifiers in this browser for up to 30 days per touch. We use this information to understand which referrals and campaigns lead to inquiries and purchases. The attribution record does not copy name, email address, or payment form fields, and it excludes unrelated URL parameters. It is sent with your form submission, not as a separate advertising conversion report.

You can remove this browser record by clearing this site's local storage. If browser storage is unavailable, referral and campaign information may still accompany a form submission on the current page, but it will not persist between visits.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. The payment provider processes your card information under its own privacy policy. AI Wizards does not receive or store your full card number.

Included domain registration

To start an included domain order in your Hostinger account, AI Wizards may provide Humanity LLC’s business contact details as the initial registration contact. You must promptly review and replace or confirm the registrant information in Hostinger. Hostinger may treat the submitted contact as the domain registrant until you complete that update.

Service providers and disclosure

We may share information with providers that help us operate the website, process payments, communicate with customers, host systems, or deliver the purchased service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business reorganization. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including support, accounting, legal, and security needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may also opt out of non-transactional marketing messages at any time.

Children

AI Wizards products and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
